Over my more than 30 years as a self-employed professional, during which I founded Själs Kärlek and The Sacred Soul Chakra Healing, I have developed myself in various holistic methods for health and personal development. Today, I offer a range of holistic practices, including Kundalini yoga, meditation courses, sound healing, aroma- and crystal therapy, and the facilitation of spiritual ceremonies. What fuels my spirit the most is the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences, contributing to a healthier, more harmonious, and spiritually enriched world.
